HAYLEY WANDERS

I am a yoga teacher (E-RYT500) based in Ontario, Canada but with an affinity for travel and taking yoga around the world.

I am deeply passionate about embodied movement and believe in using our yoga practice to honor the divine within.

I invite you to join me as we use this sacred practice to tap into those subtle energies, to deepen our awareness and our connection to ourselves, to each other, and to the very nature from which we came.
